Are you an athlete who not only only wants to succeed on game day, but also wants to become the best version of yourself off the field? If so, you have come to the right place.
As a subscriber to Guts and Braun, you will learn how to develop complete life performance within our 3 foundations: physical, mental, and relational health. We believe these are all equally important in your performance, so we will talk about each of them extensively. All of these topics will be discussed through a lens of the Gospel and discovering how Jesus works into our plan of becoming successful in life. Before you choose to become a part of the Guts and Braun family, you should learn a little bit about our team.

Bill Kenoyer is a business owner at Kenoyer Financial and Insurance Solutions and pastor at Redeemer Oakdale. He has created systems to organize his teams in a highly efficient manner through many years of experience and trial and error. He is the father of two sons and his favorite vacation spot is Maui, Hawaii.
Jacob Kenoyer is currently an undergraduate student at Grand Canyon University, where he is an intern for the sports performance department. During his internship, he has trained basketball, softball, tennis, and swimming athletes, and learned many lessons that have improved his leadership qualities. He is in a family of four with one younger brother and don’t forget the yellow lab, Trig! His favorite vacation spot is Pismo Beach, California.

In an American culture where sports are king, we have learned to find a balance between being successful in the sport, yet not make it our identity. This is how we came up with the slogan, “guts and braun will get you there, but great character will keep you there”. We thought it would be helpful to log the lessons we learn in life and sport in a blog format and share them with our subscribers, which is how we created the Guts and Braun website. Our website is focused on creating complete life performance through physical, mental, and relational health. What separates us from your regular “health gurus”? We look at these 3 aspects of performance through the lens of the Gospel. Not sure what that means? Well, read on because we will teach you! Although we are not experts in leadership and teamwork building, we do have combined practical experiences that we can share with you to hopefully give you some guidance in your own life.
